In August 2017, Shasta Wine Village was formally notified that the pre-construction conditions of approval for the Use Permit has been met. Along with 11 Building Permits that comprise the Shasta Wine Village being deemed “ready to issue”, now gives a green light on all entitlements.

  • Tasting rooms for 15-18 individual wineries from California

  • Dedicated climate controlled wine storage space for each winery

  • Fine and casual dining restaurants, each providing inside and outside seating. A wide range of offerings from coffee and pastries to full meals and special pairings. Full To-Go services and Catering also available

  • 69,000 square foot private event area with stage

  • A  retail building with extended hours, includes an artisan store with an array of goods, regionally produced products and gift baskets, offering brands exclusively from Shasta Wine Village wineries

  • Abundant centralized parking


The landscape off exit 687 is about to transform.

The Shasta Wine Village will soon begin construction just 3 miles north of Redding, California. Here, Interstate 5 begins it's climb across Shasta Lake and up to the beautifully dominant Mount Shasta before entering into Oregon. It provides a scenic, highly visible and easily accessible location to patrons.

Millions of wine tourists visit California annually.  Wineries represented within the Shasta Wine Village hail from areas such as the Sierra Foothills, Amador, Sacramento Valley, Lodi, Far North Coast and Shasta Cascade regions.  It is happening.  If you would like details to determine if the Shasta Wine Village may make an ideal "second home” for your winery, the time for a conversation is now.  We are looking for wineries with a reputation of quality which meet minimum established production capabilities.  Priority location reservations for specific space with special incentive pricing is available for a limited number of early participants.
